Charlie Meek, CMCA, AMSPresident/Senior Community Manager
Charlie’s background is in business administration, contract negotiation, marketing, budgets, project management, and facilities and grounds maintenance. Charlie takes an analytical approach to management, focusing on covenant compliance, process efficiency, conflict resolution, and cost management. Charlie was on active duty at Fort Knox, Kentucky, as an Abrams Systems Technician in the United States Army with the 1/16th Cavalry Regiment. He is a veteran of the United States Army.
Nick CataldoCommunity Manager
Nicholas (Nick) comes from Long Island, N.Y, originally. Nick directly managed 528 cooperative apartments (condos), 50 commercial units, and other supporting facilities. Nick has a degree in Business Management, a Real Estate License, and is a certified property manager in N.Y. Along with those credentials, Nick also has an HVAC and boiler certifications, which means that Nick has a long and in-depth understanding of maintenance best practices and first-hand knows how.
Before becoming a Property Manager, he worked in Asia for four years in Property Project Management. He oversaw various real estate development initiatives such as apartment renovations, hotel construction, and rehabilitating local schools. In addition to those items, Nick also participated in a hospital renovation in Viet Nam and Cambodia.
