Charlie Meek, CMCA, AMSPresident/CEO/Senior Community Manager
Charlie’s background is in business administration, contracts negotiation, marketing, budgets, project management as well as facilities and grounds maintenance. Charlie takes an analytical approach approach to management with a focus on covenant compliance, process efficiency, conflict resolution and cost management. Charlie was on active duty at Fort Knox Kentucky as an Abrams Systems Technician in the United States Army with the 1/16th Calvary Regiment. He is a veteran of the United States Army.

We work with vendors to ensure that maintenance isn’t only done well but that proactive measures are taken to prevent unnecessary cost. From gates to pools, we have the experience that it takes to keep downtime to a minimum so that your members get the services they expect from their assessments.
